3. Return Eligibility

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Downloadable software products

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

6. Shipping Returns

  • Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

7. Restocking Fee

  • Without Valid Reason: If the return is not due to an error on our part and lacks a valid reason, a restocking fee of 12% will be deducted from your refund.
  • Store Credit: If you opt for store credit instead of a refund, the restocking fee will be waived.

8. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approval Notification: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original method of payment or as store credit, based on your preference.

9. Exchanges

10. International Returns

For international customers:

  • Customs and Duties: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the return process.
