For products shipped from registered vendors on our platform, a 7-day return policy applies.

Will I be charged for returning a vendor-fulfilled product?
Unless the product is defective or incorrect, the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

What is the return policy for orders fulfilled by Autotek Fulfillment Center?
Products fulfilled and shipped from our 60,000 square foot Autotek Fulfillment Center with over 10,000 SKUs are eligible for a 14-day return period.
How quickly will I receive a refund for products returned to the Autotek Fulfillment Center?
Refunds for items returned to the Autotek Fulfillment Center will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your Autotek FZCO account.
- Navigate to ‘My Orders’.
- Select the order you wish to return.
- Click on ‘Request a Return’ and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
What if my refund is delayed?
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of receiving your return confirmation email, please contact our customer support.
Exclusions and Exceptions
- Customized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
